Fees to attend other AIT Hearing venues need to be discussed on request.
If you wish to instruct Counsel to represent you at a hearing. Counsel fees would need to be negotiated on a individual case basis.
Disbursements would need to be paid for in addition to our fees. Examples of disbursement include Home Office/Visa Application fees, court fees, postage fees, interpretation/translation service fees, medical report fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and is just a guide and the cost of all disbursements would be provided before they are incurred.
Please note: VAT is only payable for those client who have a right to abode in the UK. Any client who has no right to abode in the UK or who is here illegally and applications made by clients abroad to enter the UK may not qualify for VAT.
