Fiaz, while completing his training to become a Solicitor, specialised in Criminal Law and Immigration in addition to practicing in other areas. Since qualifying in 2001 he has had conduct over a wide range of matters; from simple conveyancing transactions to complicated personal injury and criminal cases, as well as advising small and medium businesses on everything from the day to day issues that arise to larger legal problems that require innovative solutions.
Fiaz not only possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Law but also business acumen. His management skills and foresight help to carry Adam Solicitors forward whilst meeting the highest possible standards of client care and service.

Hussain qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and he was granted Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) status in April 2011 enabling him to exercise rights of audience before all the Upper Courts in the Civil Jurisdiction in England and Wales.
Hussain has a long standing interest in Human Rights, particularly in the asylum and immigration context. He has extensive experience of representing clients before the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal and undertakes cases very regularly in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Hussain has experience of Human Rights litigation up to the House of Lords and indeed also in the Court of Human Rights.
Hussain has held supervisor status in the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme from its inception in 2005.
Hussain also maintains a long standing interest in crime and prison law and has represented clients over the years in relation to all variety of charges from misdemeanour to serious crimes including murder, rape, robbery and fraud.
In recent years Hussain has developed a niche interest in medical regulatory work. As well as representing medical professionals before their Regulatory Bodies, Hussain has enjoyed particular success in challenging the decisions of Regulatory Tribunals in the Upper Courts by way of appeal or Judicial Review.
